Visiting one of India's most prominent call centers, the Daksh call center owned by IBM. We had to sign a confidentiality agreement and give up our cameras at the door, so there are no pictures of this visit. Students really enjoyed watching young Indian customer service representatives taking train reservations and chatting about the latest soccer match with British people calling their "local" train company. The people I'd been talking with the previous day about my ATM card -- in an online customer service chat with Bank of America -- were right upstairs.
